Addition of a codex to learn more about each main character,
Rework of some dialogues in the intro and v0.2, as well as the colorometry of certain scenes in v0.2 (shower with Veronica and Maria and church with Helena and Veronica),
Corrections to Maria's 3D model (from the middle of v0.3 only), reducing the size of her head, the length of her neck and the size of her abs.

Added the option of naming save files (only when saving), which can be activated/deactivated in the preferences menu and is non-intrusive once activated (no forced pop-up every time you want to save),
Added the possibility of hiding/showing the karma indicator (by clicking/tapping on it),
Add the Karma Indicator to a new position on the screen (only when the choice menu is displayed).
